Most of your body heat escapes from your head and hands. To help keep your hands and head warm, be sure to pack your hats and gloves for your vacation!

Warm Coat

Along the same lines as the hats and gloves, during your outdoor vacation activities, you may want to bundle up this winter. While walking around the outdoor outlet mall, it may be a good ideal to bring a warm coat with you! Although the temperatures very often in mid-Missouri, it is best to be prepared for the cold.

Swim Suit

While you may not think to pack your swim suit for a winter vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks, our indoor hot tub is still open! Remind your entire family to bring their swim wear so you can relax after a long day of shopping at the outlet mall or participating in other area activities!

Comfortable Shoes

It may seem silly to pack comfortable shoes, but there are a number of outdoor activities at the Lake of the Ozarks that will require you to be on your feet. The outlet mall involves a lot of walking from store to store, finding bargains. If your family wants to visit area state parks, there are hiking trails available, as well. Most of the winter entertainment opportunities in the area involve walking of some sort, you (and your feet!) will be thankful you packed those comfortable shoes!
