Located away from the swimming area on our property, you can easily fish and relax around our designed fishing dock. Fishing beds have been strategically located beneath this dock to attract more fish. We also have fishing equipment available for rent at the resort office. A nice bench is available on the fishing dock for anyone wanting to spectate or if you need to take a load off between castings. There is also a nice fish cleaning station available for you to take care of any fish you choose to keep. We even have an outdoor grill area conveniently located on our property, if you decide to cook a meal with the fish you catch.
Available from April through October, our marina has a fishing pontoon available for our guests to rent. If you want to explore the Lake of the Ozarks on your next fishing excursion, we have a vessel for you! Contact our resort office to learn more about our boat rental options, during your stay. While our fishing dock is a great location to wait for a bite, you may want to get out there and find your own sweet spot to cast a line!
According to the Missouri Department of Conservation, any person under the age of 15 does not need a fishing license. If you don't fall within this category, a Missouri fishing license can be purchased from any area bait shop or retailer for a minimal fee. A fisher must have their permit available to present, should they be in question by the authorities. A license is required for any body of water in the state of Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks included.
